We understand that plans may change, and we aim to accommodate cancellations and refunds fairly, while protecting the efficiency of our operations. --- 1. Cancellations - Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time are eligible for a full refund. - Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be eligible for a partial refund, depending on service type and dispatch status. - Same-day cancellations or cancellations after dispatch are non-refundable, as resources have already been allocated. - All cancellation requests must be made in writing to: support@innasowexport.com --- 2. Refund Eligibility Refunds may be granted under the following conditions: - A confirmed service was canceled in accordance with the cancellation terms above. - A delivery or shipment could not be completed due to an error on our part (e.g., service not rendered, vehicle no-show). - Overpayment or duplicate payments were made by the client. Refunds will not be granted for: - Delays caused by weather, traffic, customs, or third-party logistics partners. - Improperly packaged, labeled, or documented shipments. - Client failure to provide accurate pickup or delivery information. --- 3. Refund Process - Refund requests must be submitted within 7 business days of the original service date. - Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original method of payment. - INNASOW EXPORT INC. reserves the right to verify all claims before issuing a refund. --- 4.
