3. Shipping & Delivery

• Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We reserve the right to refuse, delay, or cancel any shipment if the contents are restricted, improperly packed, or violate applicable laws.
• Clients are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import/export documentation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Limitation of Liability

INNASOW EXPORT INC. is not liable for:

• Delays caused by weather, customs inspections, third-party carriers, or events beyond our control.
• Loss or damage to items not properly packed or declared.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including business losses.

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question, unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement.

5. Insurance

Clients may request additional cargo insurance at the time of booking. If no additional coverage is purchased, the client assumes all risk for loss or damage.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

• Services canceled at least 24 hours before dispatch may be eligible for a refund.
• No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable unless agreed upon in writing.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of our services after updates indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and applicable federal laws of Canada.
